What you need

  • Yellow paper (or printed designs from the Full Easter Bunny-dle)

  • Orange paper

  • Child-safe scissors

How to make your Easter chick card

1. Fold and cut the chick

Fold your yellow paper in half.

Draw half of a chick shape along the folded edge, making sure the top of the head touches the fold.

Carefully cut around the shape, but do not cut along the fold.

Open it up and you will have a chick that opens like a card.

2. Make the beak and feet

Cut from orange paper:

  • one small triangle for the beak

  • two small rectangles for the feet

Glue them onto the front of the chick.

3. Add the eyes and details

Glue googly eyes above the beak, or draw eyes if you prefer.

You can also add wings, a tail, or extra decorations using paper or crayons.

4. Write your Easter message

Open the chick card and write a simple Easter message inside.

Toddlers can draw pictures, while older children can write their own message.
